Our story begins on the bank of Bayou Terrebonne during Prohibition. Our great grandmother Lilllie, Houma’s 1st Mardi Gras Queen and a moonhshiner, lit a fire under a 6 gallon copper pot still, igniting a family tradition. The legend goes that local revenuers turned a blind eye to Lillie’s operation because her moonshine was too damn good.  Nearly a century later, we’ve continued her legacy on the very same bayou.
